Thank you for the generous donations from the following businesses for our show: Tom's Sewing Machine The Viewer's Choice Prize was awarded to Barbara Baker and the Participation Prizes were drawn at the June day meeting and given out at both the day and evening meetings. Show Registration Form March 31, 2011 is the deadline for submitting quilt registrations and changes. Please email Sandi B or Kendra A, the quilt show registrars, if you have any questions regarding quilt registration. Quilts are to be submitted at the May 10th meeting. Quilt Show Boutique Boutique Submission forms can be downloaded here and will be available at the April Guild Meetings. Theresa will be accepting the forms between the April meetings. | Tea Room Goodie Donation We will be asking members for home baked cookies or squares again this year to serve in our Tea Room at the Quilt Show. We don't have refrigeration so please make goodies that don't require it. There will be a sign up sheet at the Guild meetings. Teacups, saucers & spoons Remember to look in your cupboards for old unused but unchipped teacups & saucers or nice coffee mugs and teaspoons for our tearoom. We will store these for our next quilt shows. Quilt Magazine Collection We will be collecting your old magazines and cook books to sell at the show until the May meeting. See Margaret Henderson for donations.

Volunteers for the show Becky Stewart is the volunteer coordinator. Sign-up lists will be posted at all Guild meetings so think about the times and days you are willing and able to work. Also, think about any specific areas you wish to work or if you have special needs that should be mentioned. She will have the assigned schedules for work at the May meeting.
